How Do I Get Started ?
Call or e-mail us for a quick review. We will discuss pricing, compliance options, and ways to ensure your expectations and budgets are met.
I Have an inspection scheduled - what should I do ?
Familiarize yourself with what the inspector is expecting. Have appropriate documentation available, and be sure your facility is in compliance.
If desired, MMK will arrange with the inspector to be present at the time of the inspection, and help prepare you before hand
Am I in compliance ? What regulations apply to me?
The best way to know is to research the regulations your industry is subject to. MMK is available for compliance audits to determine your responsibilities and exposure
There is an inspector at my door. Do I have to let him in?
Yes - once the inspector provides identification that he is indeed a representative of a regulatory agency, you MUST grant him access.
That said, if you wish, you can ask the inspector to wait while your consultant is contacted. MMK clients know that a quick phone call to 845-369-7808 can often allow time for us to arrive at your location and escort the inspector. This can help minimize any negative findings and make for a better experience overall
Can I afford this?
We will only do what you want us to do.

This is accomplished by maintaining close contact with responsible personnel at the client companies and their counsel when necessary. Our engineering approach is to quickly and efficdiently ide3ntify the core problems and attack them aggressively. When required, we establish and maintain contact with personnel from regulatory agencies and handle requisite interface between the client and that agency if desired
